I am happy to travel beyond this area for a reasonable travel fee.

I charge $2 per minute one way after the first 50 minutes of travel time. 

For real estate projects, you can typically expect photos next-day, and video within 48 hours. I prioritize quick delivery because I know agents work on tight timelines.
